The Core of the Meteor Storm
Long ago, a rare meteor made entirely of magical dark crystal crashed into a mountain range. The meteor didn't burn up when it hit the ground. Instead, it was filled with the freezing cold energy of the night sky, causing a thick, dark smoke to swirl inside the rock while microscopic space diamonds sparkled all over it.
A master dwarf jeweler found the crash site and realized the space-rock was packed with cosmic magic. He used a special hammer made of pure stardust to break the meteor into seven perfect shapes. To keep the cosmic theme going, he used crushed obsidian stone to paint the numbers into the sides, creating the awesome, sparkling look you see.
If your character carries this set into your next campaign, they bring the mysterious power of the night sky:
- The Starry Void: When you look closely at the dice, the tiny sparkles look like a mini galaxy trapped inside a dark cloud. Players say these dice roll best when your character is traveling at night or staring up at the stars.
- Cosmic Shield: Because they came from outer space, rolling these dice for saving throws against magical spells gives your character a sudden burst of luck, absorbing the enemy's magic like a black hole.
- The Shadow Strike: These dice love quiet, unexpected actions. They tend to roll incredibly well when your character is casting a illusion spell, sneaking up on a monster, or trying to vanish into thin air.
Are you ready to use the cosmic, sparkling magic of the meteor storm to guide your next D&D adventure?
