With their misty teal clouds, pops of bright coral-orange, shifting magenta inclusions, and metallic pink numbers, this set looks like a piece of wild, chaotic magic pulled straight from a shimmering Fey twilight. Let's call them The Siren’s Mirage.
The Legend of the Siren’s Mirage
Deep within the Feywild, where the endless sea meets the edge of the Twilight Forest, lies the Siren’s Shroud—a misty, bioluminescent bay guarded by ancient nixies and sea-fey. Legend says that the bay’s waters reflect not the sky, but the hidden desires and illusions of anyone who gazes into them.
During a rare celestial convergence, a archfey known as the Pearl Queen wove the illusions of the bay into physical form to capture a lingering sunset. The swirling teal tides, the vibrant magenta light of the dying sun, and the bright coral blossoms of the reef fused into seven crystalline stones.
To complete the artifact, the queen etched the numbers in metallic rose-crimson, binding the wild, untamable essence of Feywild glamour into standard polyhedrals.
Campaign Mechanics & Flavor
- Fey Glamour (Nat 20): Rolling a critical success causes the magenta and teal core to shift brilliantly under the light. The character gains advantage on their next Charisma check as a faint, ethereal fey aura surrounds them for a brief moment.
- Tide’s Deception (Nat 1): A critical failure causes the interior of the die to cloud over with murky green mist. The player experiences a moment of disorientation, as if caught in a fey illusion, giving them a -1 penalty to Perception checks until their next turn.
- Unpredictable Glow: Perfect for a Bard, Fey Sorcerer, Arcane Trickster, or Archfey Warlock, these dice carry the whimsical, chaotic energy of the Feywild, making every roll feel unpredictable.
